Ahead of and during ESMO Berlin 2025, Making Movies delivered the full strategic and operational management of Merck KGaA’s Global Oncology Summit for 250 international delegates. Our scope covered complete project leadership—from concept development and venue management to production design, audiovisual coordination, and on-site execution—alongside bespoke team-building experiences, high-level video production, and a gala dinner designed to reflect the ambition and innovation of their oncology division. Every element was seamlessly integrated to ensure a powerful, cohesive, and premium experience aligned with Merck’s global positioning.
