Over the past two years at ASCO Chicago, Making Movies has partnered with Merck KGaA to design and deliver their All Hands Meeting experience, providing full concept creation and end-to-end event management for international oncology teams. From developing the overarching theme and creative narrative to managing production, logistics, audiovisual delivery, and on-site coordination, we ensured every detail supported a dynamic and engaging gathering. The program was further enhanced through tailored team moments, premium executive experiences, and integrated content production, creating a cohesive summit that strengthened alignment and inspired collaboration.
